A Piece of My Heart
One day a young man was standing in the middle of the town proclaiming that he had the most beautiful heart in the whole valley. A large crowd gathered and they all admired his heart for it was perfect. There was not a mark or a flaw in it. Yes, they all agreed it truly was the most beautiful heart they had ever seen. The young man was very proud and boasted more loudly about his beautiful heart.
Suddenly, an old man appeared at the front of the crowd and said "Why, your heart is not nearly as beautiful as mine." The crowd and the young man looked at the old man's heart. It was beating strongly, but it was full of scars. It had places where pieces had been removed and other pieces put in, but they didn't fit quite right and there were several jagged edges. In fact, in some places there were deep gouges where whole pieces were missing.
The people stared -- how can he say his heart is more beautiful, they thought? The young man looked at the old man's heart and saw its state and laughed. "You must be joking," he said. "Compare your heart with mine. Mine is perfect and yours is a mess of scars and tears."
"Yes," said the old man, "yours is perfect looking but I would never trade with you. You see, every scar represents a person to whom I have given my love - I tear out a piece of my heart and give it to them, and often they give me a piece of their heart which fits into the empty place in my heart, but because the pieces aren't exact, I have some rough edges, which I cherish, because they remind me of the love we shared."
"Sometimes I have given pieces of my heart away, and the other person hasn't returned a piece of his heart to me. These are the empty gouges -- giving love, is taking a chance. Although these gouges are painful, they stay open, reminding me of the love I have for these people too, and I hope someday they may return and fill the space I have waiting. So now do you see what true beauty is?"
The young man stood silently with tears running down his cheeks. He walked up to the old man, reached into his perfect young and beautiful heart and ripped a piece out. He offered it to the old man with trembling hands. The old man took his offering, placed it in his heart and then took a piece from his old scarred heart and placed it in the wound in the young man's heart. It fit, but not perfectly, as there were some jagged edges. The young man looked at his heart, not perfect anymore but more beautiful than ever, since love from the old man's heart flowed into his.

Bliss
...because two bodies, naked and entwined, leap over time, they are invulnerable, nothing can touch them, they return to the source.
...There is no you, no I, no tomorrow, no yesterday, no names, the truth of two in a single body, a single soul, oh, total being...

Awareness on Light!
"A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle."

Which can be the meaning of these quotations?
Briefly, i can say when we are aware on our inner Light, our Divine nature, then we are meant to share this Light , to help others to become aware about their inner Light. Or in simpler words, to contribute to the awareness of others.
Nothing is wrong in trying to help others. Some might not be aware they need help or can be helped and even rejecting help. If this is your case, let the time show your good intention.
Sometimes we want to help but we have not been requested for help. Then we might be denied in our good intention. It is painful to find you want to help but your help is denied. But do not worry, and don't be upset, there are many other places you can help, unconditionally...
Give power to Light and believe in Light, and then darkness will have no more power.

Advice to follow: Be Light and share Light!

Logic and Intuition
There are some tools we can use, so called Divination tools. Astrology and Tarot are only few of these.
Can anyone become an astrologer or tarot card reader? Yes, as long as there is a training of intuition, a close relationship to Divinity.
We are sent different messages and alerts from time to time, but are we able to understand their right meanings?Yes, we can. There has to be a balance between logic and intuition and we can't be wrong being balanced.
There is no logical way to the discovery of these elemental laws. There is only the way of intuition, which is helped by a feeling for the order lying behind the appearance. (Albert Einstein)
Can we improve our intuition? Yes, we can.
Some guidelines are given in the document below. Scroll down to read.

OM , AUM & YSeeker
Certainly, AUM,
The origin of the syllabus AUM/OM is lost in the misty past. It is not being specific to any one country or civilization is indicative of its being an universally perceptible sound for the human race. This reason for this universal perceptibility possibly lies in the fact that AH is the most natural sound that issues from the human voice. This is evident when a person cries out naturally in extreme pain, anger or fear. When emotions reach an extreme pitch the articulate sounds evolved by man are not the ones that are heard, but the syllable natural to man which is AH or OH.
AUM /
The syllable AUM is first described as a mystical entity in the Upanishads. It symbolizes the three Vedas, the three states of the nature of man, the three divisions of the universe, the three Gods Brahma, Vishnu, and Siva, which are the agents of creation, conservation, and destruction on Earth or, more properly speaking, the three attributes of the Supreme Being personified by these divinities. Mandukya Upanishad greatly explains the significance of AUM.
" All this Cosmic Universe is the Eternal word
Mandukya Upanishad
The syllable
Invoking the sacred syllable, the ancient Rishes of India said, "Nothing either begins or ends; all is change, and that which we call death is transformation".

Hindu Gods
"Why Do Hindus Worship Many Gods?
Human beings through history have formulated many different names and forms for the Divine or Eternal. Just as we have many names and forms for other things, whether it is foods, or types of art, so too, in religion a similar great diversity has been created.
The Western world has prided itself in monotheism, the idea that there is only One God as the highest truth. Western religions have said that only the names and forms which refer to this One God are valid but those which appear to worship another God, or a multiplicity of divinities, must be false. They have restricted the names and forms they use in religious worship, and insist that only one set is true and correct and others are wrong or unholy.
As a universal formulation Hinduism accepts all formulations of Truth. According to the universal view there is only One Reality, but it cannot be limit ed to a particular name or form. Though Truth is One it is also Universal, not an exclusive formulation. It is an inclusive, not an exclusive Oneness - a spiritual reality of Being - Consciousness - Bliss, which could be called God but which transcends all names. The different Gods and Goddesses of Hinduism represent various functions of this One Supreme Divinity, and are not separate Gods."

What is Dharma ?

Dharma is the path of righteousness and living one's life according to the codes of conduct as described by the Hindu scriptures.
Moral Law of the World
Hinduism describes dharma as the natural universal laws whose observance enables humans to be contented and happy, and to save himself from degradation and suffering. Dharma is the moral law combined with spiritual discipline that guides one's life. Hindus consider dharma the very foundation of life. It means "that which holds" the people of this world and the whole creation. Dharma is the "law of being" without which things cannot exist.
According to the Scriptures
Dharma refers to the religious ethics as propounded by Hindu gurus in ancient Indian scriptures. Tulsidas, author of Ramcharitmanas, has defined the root of dharma as compassion. This principle was taken up by Lord Buddha in his immortal book of great wisdom, Dhammapada. The Atharva Veda describes dharma symbolically: Prithivim dharmana dhritam, that is, "this world is upheld by dharma". In the epic poem Mahabharata, the Pandavas represent dharma in life and the Kauravas represent adharma.
Good Dharma = Good Karma
Hinduism accepts the concept of reincarnation, and what determines the state of an individual in the next existence is karma which refers to the actions undertaken by the body and the mind. In order to achieve good karma it is important to live life according to dharma, what is right. This involves doing what is right for the individual, the family, the class or caste and also for the universe itself. Dharma is like a cosmic norm and if one goes against the norm it can result in bad karma. So, dharma affects the future according to the karma accumulated. Therefore one's dharmic path in the next life is the one necessary to bring to fruition all the results of past karma.
What Makes You Dharmic?
Anything that helps human being to reach god is dharma and anything that hinders human being from reaching god is adharma. According to the Bhagavat Purana, righteous living or life on a dharmic path has four aspects: austerity (tap), purity (shauch), compassion (daya) and truthfulness (satya); and adharmic or unrighteous life has three vices: pride (ahankar), contact (sangh), and intoxication (madya). The essence of dharma lies in possessing a certain ability, power and spiritual strength. The strength of being dharmic also lies in the unique combination of spiritual brilliance and physical prowess.
The 10 Rules of Dharma
Manusmriti written by the ancient sage Manu, prescribes 10 essential rules for the observance of dharma: Patience (dhriti), forgiveness (kshama), piety or self control (dama), honesty (asteya), sanctity (shauch), control of senses (indraiya-nigrah), reason (dhi), knowledge or learning (vidya), truthfulness (satya) and absence of anger (krodha). Manu further writes, "Non-violence, truth, non-coveting, purity of body and mind, control of senses are the essence of dharma". Therefore dharmic laws govern not only the individual but all in society.
The Purpose of Dharma
The purpose of dharma is not only to attain a union of the soul with the supreme reality, it also suggests a code of conduct that is intended to secure both worldly joys and supreme happiness. Rishi Kanda has defined dharma in Vaisesika as "that confers worldly joys and leads to supreme happiness". Hinduism is the religion that suggests methods for the attainment of the highest ideal and eternal bliss here and now on earth and not somewhere in heaven. For example, it endorses the idea that it is one's dharma to marry, raise a family and provide for that family in whatever way is necessary. The practice of dharma gives an experience of peace, joy, strength and tranquillity within one's self and makes life disciplined.

Weekend Lecture

Desire
An emperor was coming out of his palace for his morning walk when he
met a beggar. He asked the beggar, "What do you want?"
The beggar laughed and said, "You are asking me as though you can
fulfill my desire!"
The king was offended. He said, "Of course I can fulfill your desire.
What is it? Just tell me."
And the beggar said, "Think twice before you promise anything."
The beggar was no ordinary beggar, he was the emperor's past life
master. He had promised in that life, "I will come and try to wake
you in your next life. This life you have missed but I will come
again." But the king had forgotten completely -- who remembers past
lives? So he insisted, "I will fulfill anything you ask. I am a very
powerful emperor, what can you possibly desire that I can not give to
you?"
The beggar said, "It is a very simple desire. You see this begging
bowl? Can you fill it with something?"
The emperor said, "Of course!" He called one of his viziers and told
him, "Fill this mans begging bowl with money." The vizier went and
got some money and poured it into the bowl, and it disappeared. And
he poured more and more, and the moment he would pour it, it would
disappear. And the begging bowl remained always empty.
The whole palace gathered. By and by the rumor went throughout the
whole capital, and a huge crowd gathered. The prestige of the emperor
was at stake. He said to his viziers, "If the whole kingdom is lost,
I am ready to lose it, but I cannot be defeated by this beggar."
Diamonds and pearls and emeralds, his treasuries were becoming empty.
The begging bowl seemed to be bottomless. Everything that was put
into it -- everything! -- immediately disappeared, went out of
existence. Finally it was the evening, and the people were standing
there in utter silence. The king dropped at the feet of the beggar
and admitted his defeat. he said, "Just tell me one thing. You are
victorious - but before you leave, just fulfill my curiosity. What is
the begging bowl made of?" The beggar laughed and said, "It is made
up of the human mind. There is no secret. It is simple made up of human desire.
This understanding transforms life. Go into one desire -- what is the
mechanism of it? First there is a great excitement, great thrill,
adventure. You feel a great kick. Something is going to happen, you
are on the verge of it. And then you have the car, you have the
yacht, you have the house, you have the woman, and suddenly all is
meaningless again.
What happens? Your mind has dematerialized it. The car is standing in
the drive, but there is no excitement anymore. The excitement was
only in getting it. You became so drunk with the desire that you
forgot your inner nothingness. Now the desire is fulfilled, the car
in the drive, the woman in your bed, the money in your bank account -
again excitement disappears. Again the emptiness is there, ready to
eat you up. Again you have to create another desire to escape this
yawning abyss.
That's how one moves from one desire to another desire. That's how
one remains a beggar. Your whole life proves it again and again --
every desire frustrates. And when the goal is achieved, you will need
another desire.
The day you understand that desire as such is going to fail comes the
turning point in your life.
The other journey is inwards. move inwards, come back home.
Meditate on this story and and use properly the power of your mind!
Namaste.

Spiritual Guides

At birth, when we got into a new life on this planet, we got many gifts and some of them are the Spiritual Guides.
We have several different types of guides depending on the culture you come from. Metaphysically speaking there are 4 basic categories or types of guides:
The Relative Guide: This is usually a person who knew you in this lifetime. They are the relative who helps you through day to day situations. They are the soul who greets you at the door when your time comes from 'transition' from life to death.
The Spirit Guide: This is usually a person you knew in a past life. Or it might be a Power Animal; someone who is on the same spiritual level as yourself. This soul helps you with your higher purpose or mission in this embodiment. The karmic issues, the spiritual lessons, the gifts and talents you brought from the past into this life and so on. Their main purpose is to help you evolve your soul during this incarnation and to learn and grow.
The Angels & Angel Guides: Everyone has a Guardian Angel watching over them, protecting them and providing a connection to the higher Divine Force. Angels are rarely incarnated beings. They are 'of the stars' and are the messengers of the Divine.
The Master Teacher: Our Master Guide joins with us at birth, and stays by our side right through our lives until we pass on. This Guide gives us direction or emphasis. At different times in our lives, depending on the situation and lesson(s) we have to learn, we have new guides join us to provide guidance and insight into the situation. If there is a change in life direction or emphasis, the Master Guide will step back and these other guides will come forward. These guides can come in unexpected forms. You will also have with you, at the appropriate time, a Master Teacher. This soul is someone who is on a higher spiritual plane than yourself. They help you with the responsibility of 'development' , the dissemination, the higher more advanced spiritual evolutionary issues that a person will need to be aware of. It is refreshing to know that many people are learning now to take responsibility for themselves, and in their process of self-learning and self-healing, they will come to understand their partnership with their Spirit Guides or Higher Self. Through this connection and as they come to this understanding, the love energies and Light around these people will multiply with absolute perfection, as is the way of Spirit.
